Notes for this activity:Strength and Conditioning for Dancers will focus on strengthening, toning and stretching different parts of the body. Students will work at the barre, on the floor on mats with foam rollers, busy balls, ankle weights and more. The goal is to provide exercises for the development of dancers physical endurance, strength, flexibility and coordination.
