Notes for this activity: | Muscle Up AGES: 16+ YEARS OLD Use your own bodyweight to challenge and strengthen all the major muscles of the body, as well as the core. Compound exercises will be used to engage as many muscles as possible in a single move, making the most of our 45 minutes together.
