A fun and challenging cardio fitness workout that can tone
both your upper and lower body as well as your abs while
teaching you self defense techniques. No physical contact.
This class is designed to benefit all fitness levels. No
SUMMER I SESSION: 6/10-7/14 5 wks.
SUMMER II SESSION: 7/15-8/11 4 wks.
