Notes for this activity:Letís take a moment to step away from our busy lives
and dedicate some time to honoring the body, mind,
and spirit. What to expect? Beginning of class, breathing
and centering, learning to use that breathe to move the
body in and out of the poses as we warm up with
Vinyasa flow, then holding certain poses to gain strength,
as we wind down, stretching with the heat we created,
and then final relaxation, with an optional temple
massage. We practice in dim lighting, great music, for
an experience that allows us to walk away renewed.
